I had fairly nice days staying at this low cost hotel. The staff was amazingly nice when needed. The location was wonderful, close to Chapel of Souls. A shopping area and souvenir shops were right next door.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 great days here. Appreciated the way our tastefully decorated and functional family double room with private bathroom and balcony was arranged. A hair dryer, guest toiletries, and bath sheets were a plus. The location was amazing, adjacent to shopping options and a lot of local souvenir shops and also Santacatarina Church which have special ceramics on the walls, and the historical center. Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district was worth staying in.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was great. The breakfast was good with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice, and the staff was kind. The hotel was in a very central location close to the Metro from the airport. Plus, it was really close to restaurants and bars, and the shopping street of Santa Catarina.
